1. Status of this document
This policy explains how Zaxon SAS receives and manages personal data through its digital channels. Its content may be updated when operational, corporate, or legal conditions change. The English text is a convenience translation; the Spanish version will govern.
2. Controller and channels
Zaxon SAS acts as controller when it decides how personal data is processed. Contact channel: contacto@zaxon.co. Phone: +57 321 810 0456.
3. Current website scope
Contact forms send the information you provide to contacto@zaxon.co to handle your request. The website does not accept uploads, user accounts or payments.
When a person chooses WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, or another external channel, that provider may process information under its own terms and policies.
We use aggregate daily counters for WhatsApp clicks and form submission outcomes, grouped by page and service. These counters do not use cookies or visitor identifiers and do not store IP addresses, contact details, form text or URL query strings. They are stored privately on our hosting; entries older than 90 days are removed when the next event is recorded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Hosting access logs may be managed separately by the hosting provider.
Request limits protect forms and measurement from automated submissions. These controls use a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address through a cryptographic function with a private key; the identifier changes daily. Protection counters do not store the plain IP address, form content or URL query strings.
These counter windows expire within one hour at most. Expired entries are deleted on the next valid write; if no new requests occur, they may remain until that event. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable measurement and its protection counters; form submission protection remains active to protect the contact channel.
4. Information that may be processed
If a person voluntarily contacts Zaxon, identification, contact, role, organization, commercial context, and documents they choose to share may be received.
Credentials, sensitive data, drawings, or confidential information should not be sent before the corresponding agreement is in place.
5. Main purposes
Responding to requests, coordinating meetings, assessing opportunities, preparing proposals, managing pre-contractual or contractual relationships, protecting channels, and complying with legal obligations.
Subsequent marketing communications will require the applicable authorization and must allow the individual to request deletion.
6. Individual rights
Individuals may know, update, correct, and request deletion of their data; ask for proof of authorization when applicable; learn how data has been used; withdraw authorization where permitted; file complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; and access their data free of charge.
7. Retention and security
Zaxon must retain data only as long as necessary for the informed purpose or to meet legal and contractual obligations, applying reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures.
8. Changes and effective date
